The Doon School Admission 2024: The Doon School, Dehradun, is a Senior Secondary School affiliated with Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), International Baccalaureate (IB), and Cambridge International Examinations (CIE). The school provides boarding facilities to boys from classes VII to XII. This English medium school serves approximately 500 students from VII to XII. The Doon School starts its academic session from February to November. The founder of the school was Satish Ranjan Das and Arthur Edward Foot was the Founder and Headmaster of the school.

Here are the admission details of The Doon School:

• The Doon School provides admission to boys only in classes VII and VIII. It is important to note that the school doesn’t provide admission after class VIII.
• To apply for class VII (D Form), candidate’s age should be above 11 and less than 12 years in the month of September of the year he appears for an entrance examination
• To apply for class VIII (C Form), the candidate’s age should be above 12 and less than 13 years in September of the year he appears for the entrance exam

Entrance Exam:

After registration, candidates will appear for the entrance test in the month of October and November. The entrance exam takes place in Dehradun or in some other city of India. For the sake of convenience, the school will send a sample paper and syllabus to prepare in advance.
